1.  How do I send you my pictures?
No need to send pictures. After selecting the product you want, click "upload new image", find the picture in your PC, double click on it, and the picture will show on your product.

2.  Why can't I customize?
The customization system works only with Explorer.

3.  Can I get my comp card without this customization system?
Yes, please email your request to: sales@compcardprinter.com

4.  How do I know the order is in progress?
After you pay for your order, you'll get an email with confirmation.

5.  How do I know the status of my order?

6.  How do I re-order comp cards?

7.  Can I incorporate a logo?
Yes, go to The Agency Section.

8.  Do you offer any guarantee?
Yes. It hardly ever happen, but if we make a mistake, you can ship us back the order, and we'll re-do it at our expense.

9.  How do I know, I am going to get a good quality product?
compcardprinter.com is a Division of Color K Graphics, a fully equiped printing house.

10.  What's the production time?
2-3 working days.

11.  What's the shipping time?

12.  Can I choose a particular font?
Yes, type your name, then click on it, and the drop down menu of different fonts will be there for you to choose. (It doesn't work on the mini comp cards)

13.  Can I get a different design, if I don?t see it online?
Yes, just email us at sales@compcardprinter.com, and will do it for you.

14.  I am trying to upload my pictures to preview my comp card layout, but I am unable to do so. Is there a certain browser I should be using?
Yes. Explorer 5.0

15.  Can I change the color of the fonts?
Yes, after typing the text, click on it, and you'll be able to change the colors the same way you do in any document.

16.  How do I know if my pictures are good and ready for printing?
Use our "photo checker" to check each photo for quality

17.  Can I print a different design?
Yes, you can. Please email your design in a pfd or tiff file ready to print to sales@compcardprinter.com
